Online Return Policy

  • All returned items will be given store credit only.
  • Sale/discounted items and seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Returns must have original tags, be unwashed, and have no stains or smell. If so, the item will not be acceptable for return.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Please include packing slip with your return. Once we receive the returned item/items, store credit will be sent to you via email. Store credit for the returned item/items will be valid for 60 days.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving and shipped via USPS. Orders are shipped from Hazlehurst, Ga.
  • Shipping will be $8.99 for standard U.S. shipping (Exception: $5.99 U.S. shipping if ordering jewelry only).
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please make sure to keep your tracking number.
