Return/Shipping Policy
Online Return Policy
- All returned items will be given store credit only.
- Sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returns must have original tags, be unwashed, and have no stains or smell. If so, the item will not be acceptable for return.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
- Please include packing slip with your return. Once we receive the returned item/items, store credit will be sent to you via email. Store credit for the returned item/items will be valid for 60 days.

If an item is damaged, please email us at shopallielynns@att.net and include photos of the damage. Damaged items must be reported by email within 3 days of receipt of your order.
Shipping Policy
- Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving and shipped via USPS. Orders are shipped from Hazlehurst, Ga.
- Shipping will be $7.99 for standard U.S. shipping (Exception: $4.99 U.S. shipping if ordering jewelry only).
- We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please make sure to keep your tracking number.
